These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jeet7 website at jeet7.club (the "Platform"), including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and related services offered therein. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and jeet7 ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by any additional policies referenced within, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

jeet7 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Access to and use of jeet7 is restricted to eligible persons only. By creating an account or using any feature of the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 21 years or above at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• Your use of the Platform is not prohibited by any law or regulation applicable to you based on your jurisdiction or personal circumstances.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jeet7 or any recognised responsible gambling organisation.
• You have not previously had a jeet7 account closed due to a breach of these Terms or any other jeet7 policy.

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must create a jeet7 account by providing accurate, complete, and current registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username, password, and any other credentials used to access your jeet7 account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jeet7 will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jeet7 immediately by contacting [email protected].

Account Verification (KYC)

jeet7 may require you to complete identity verification at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. As part of Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement from bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or the relevant bank account).

Deposits

jeet7 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players. All deposits are processed in BDT or via USDT stablecoin and are credited to your jeet7 wallet balance. jeet7 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Minimum deposit ৳200. Transactions typically settle within 60 seconds.
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladesh banks. Processing times may vary.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20 network). No conversion fees applied by jeet7. Settlement is near-instant upon network confirmation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by jeet7 subject to the following conditions. jeet7 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit (same bKash/Nagad number, same bank account, same USDT wallet address).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawals may be processed in tranches.
• Any active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements must be fully cleared before a withdrawal can be initiated. Attempting to withdraw funds with an active bonus attached may result in the bonus being voided.

jeet7 offers various promotions and bonuses to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered by jeet7 unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Players found to be circumventing this rule by creating multiple accounts will have all accounts and bonuses forfeited.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are listed in each promotion's individual terms.
• jeet7 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel any bonus already credited to an account if jeet7 has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was obtained through abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion must be used within the validity period specified. Unused free spins will expire at the end of the validity period without replacement or compensation.

Seasonal Promotions

jeet7 may offer special promotions tied to sporting events (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments), Bangladesh public holidays (including Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day, and Victory Day), and other occasions. These promotions are available for a limited time only and are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. Participation in seasonal promotions does not guarantee any specific outcome, prize, or minimum return.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of that game or market and accept the outcome as final, subject to the dispute process set out below. jeet7 uses independently certified RNG technology for all applicable casino games and relies on official data feeds for sports betting markets.

Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body ( e.g. ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the scheduled completion, jeet7 will apply the void rules applicable to that specific market. Void bets are refunded to your jeet7 wallet balance. jeet7 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time and to void bets where there is evidence of price errors, data feed failures, or market manipulation.

Casino Games

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems supplied by the game studio. jeet7 does not alter or influence game outcomes. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the following rules apply:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on jeet7's infrastructure, the bet for that round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet.
• If a technical fault occurs on the game studio's server (not jeet7's infrastructure), the outcome is governed by the game studio's own fault policy, which jeet7 will apply on the studio's behalf.
• Winnings resulting from a known software error or glitch are not valid and will not be paid. jeet7 will void the affected rounds and restore all balances to their pre-round state.

jeet7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its players. We provide a range of tools designed to help players stay in control of their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered players through the account settings section after login.

Deposit Limits and Self-Exclusion

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Deposit limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately. Players who feel their gambling is becoming a problem may request a temporary time-out (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion from their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

jeet7 uses age verification procedures during registration and may request documentary proof of age at any point. jeet7 strictly prohibits access to the Platform by anyone under the age of 21. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jeet7. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with jeet7.
• Creating or using more than one jeet7 account, or using an account in another person's name, whether or not that person has consented.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or in any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.

All content on the jeet7 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of jeet7 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written permission of jeet7. Unauthorised use of jeet7 content may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeet7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption. jeet7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jeet7 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jeet7's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. jeet7 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches, though jeet7 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability and security.

jeet7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, your sole remedy is to close your jeet7 account and cease using the Platform.
